A group of ladies from Royston Runners recently embarked on a much-anticipated weekend getaway, combining their love for running with fun, friendship, and socialising. The weekend was jam-packed with activities that perfectly captured the spirit of Royston Runners – a club where running meets friendship, fun, and community.

The adventure began with a picturesque 10k run, allowing everyone to enjoy the fresh air and stunning surroundings while sharing laughs and encouragement. This was followed by an 8-mile walk and a much-needed dinner, accompanied by a few cheeky Proseccos. The camaraderie and joy were palpable as the ladies bonded over their shared passion for running and the beautiful scenery.

 Saturday saw the group participating in the Centre Vale Park Run, where they left a very positive impression. One runner even reached out to thank Royston Runners for their super attitude and fabulous spirit. The day continued with a 7-mile walk and another delightful dinner, filled with laughter and maybe a few more drinks. Before heading home on Sunday, the team embarked on a mixture of runs, further solidifying their bond and love for the sport.

 The ladies returned home energized and inspired, already planning their next adventure together.
