Autumn training update
Please note Thursday’s SPEEDWORK sessions will continue to be hosted from the Heath, kicking off from 6.45pm SHARP, until Thursday 21 September when the light fades away away….when we will switch to King James Way, as the Autumn / Winter meeting point (@6.45pm.
Circuit Training: Will now commence Monday 11th September at Meridian School (6.15pm-7.15pm / or for those that can make it at 5.50pm for the Bleep Test).
