Where to meet

We meet at our base, The Heath Sports Centre on Therfield Heath, Royston for organised training sessions and social events.  Look out for special events on our notice board at the Heath Sports Centre. During the summer months our training sessions take place along quiet country lanes and off-road trails and footpaths. In the winter, the evening sessions centre on the well-lit streets of Royston returning to the surrounding countryside at weekends.

There are currently over 200 Royston Runners and we are keen to welcome more. Our membership covers all abilities from the elite runner to the gentle jogger, those with competitive ambitions to those with a more social nature.  You will never have to run alone unless you wish to.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays people meet outside the changing rooms prior to the club, beginners and long runs. 

For Speed Work during the summer we meet on at the Greneway School playing field next to the big car park and at the King James car park in the corner nearest the roundabout during the winter
