Event Details

If this appeals, you’ll most likely be interested in the Open option, otherwise you’ll probably already be working through the official county process (does Herts have a fell running team?!)

The inter counties Senior Fell Champs will be the Ras Moel Eilio on the 14th May 2016 (12.8K 915m climb.) starting and finishing in Llanberis. It will be held within the open race, more details can be found on the event facebook page at www.facebook.com/rasmoeleilio/.

Competitors for the Inter Counties must be selected by the county, and the names of County athletes should be sent to the FRA event co-ordinator Andy Watts. Selected athletes or team managers can then enter using the public entry system, which provides an ‘Inter-counties’ or ‘open’ option. Any runners who enter as Inter counties but have not been nominated to Andy Watts by their county will be converted to the open category. The entry fee is £5 per athlete and the public entry system will be available from 1st March.

Senior athletes must have been born in 1997 or before.[ 19+] Awards will be presented to individual Senior athletes, to individual U23 athletes and to male / female teams. Teams may comprise 4 athletes or 5 if one of the team is U23 with first 3 finishers to count.
